　もうひとつの目玉である佃社長の講演は、元フジテレビ・アナウンサーの城ケ崎祐子さんのインタビューに答える対談形式で行われる。これまでの会社生活を通した体験談、リーダー論、当社の目指す方向、学生へのメッセージなどを語りながら、当社で働くことの面白さ、その魅力を伝える。
　ブース会場では、船舶・海洋、原動機、航空宇宙、工作機械など当社の各事業本部、事業部、事業所、研究所など合わせて30のブースが開設される。
